"This hanging feeder is made with solid --very old (over 75yrs old)-- wood and finished with brass hardware. It is very heavy and will hold up in any weather conditions. Small holes are drilled on the bottom of the tray for drainage. It holds about a gallon of seed and has been a favorite here on the grouds of ""The Bird Man"". Weighs 15lbs."
