This feeder is made from cedar and redwood and assembled with brass screws. The baffles are made from copper pipe so the seed does not fall out. Heavy nylon rope is attached to the feeder, though the top, for easy hanging and refilling and holds 32oz of seed. Magpies, Jays, Crows, and Starlings will not use this feeder. This is because they have to reach in for each seed and can't sit and throw seed all over the place as they do with most other feeders. Weighs 3.5lbs."
